201    A Jar of chutney (made at least 3 months before date of show.  Indicate if spices/chilli included)

RULES for above categories – Jars must be colourless and should not exceed 550g.  Date contents made should be stated on jar label.

209    A loaf of machine-made bread, any flour

210    A loaf of hand-made bread, any flour

211    A Banana cake using the following recipe:

4 ripe bananas, 250g caster sugar, 2 large eggs, 140g margarine, 250g SR flour, 2tsp baking powder, 100g chopped walnuts, 100g chocolate chips. Mix bananas & sugar, add eggs, add margarine. Fold in flour & baking powder, add nuts & chocolate chips. Bake in lined loaf tin for approximately 50-60 mins at 170C
